Amazonite gets its name from the mighty Amazon River in South America, but it has been found in use by ancient civilizations in Egypt and Mesopotamia. Amazonite handles negative energy, worry, and fear like a boss. What’s especially interesting, too, is that this stone is known for its ability to inspire courage and truth (turns out, those feelings of anxiety aren’t always telling us the truth).
Pair with: ylang ylang
2. Selenite
Rock nerd alert: selenite is actually a form of gypsum! It’s much prettier however ;), and has what crystal experts believe is an extremely powerful vibration.
This just means it’s a clearing, opening kind of stone that pairs perfectly with other crystals and can help you release worry and fear. Selenite also promotes harmony and balance with your inner self.

Tourmaline comes in all different kinds of colors, which makes sense because it’s known for its ability to attract inspiration.

1. Display & Smile
If you’re smiling, you’re winning! Crystals don’t have to be complicated–if looking at them makes you happy, you’re already experiencing their positive impact!

2. Hold

You can hold them while you speak an affirmation or intention over your day. You can also meditate while you hold them. Often, just feeling their cool weight in your hand will help you feel more grounded and centered.
